This overview will help you choose the right recording guide for your device and setup so you can generate accurate Progress Notes.


Blueprint 🤝 Telehealth

Blueprint offers two ways to record your telehealth sessions:

  1. Using Blueprint’s built-in telehealth platform
    Using Blueprint's built-in telehealth platform is recommended for the smoothest experience with the clearest audio capture. Plus, because your telehealth session and the recording all happen within the same Blueprint browser tab, this experience is the cleanest and quickest to navigate.

  2. Using a third-party Telehealth platform

    Includes all other telehealth platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, Doxy, etc.


How to record your telehealth sessions

How you go about recording your telehealth sessions depends on the type of computer you use, whether or not you're using headphones, and if your telehealth meeting takes place within a web browser vs. a program installed on your computer (aka a "Desktop App").
