Always test voices at the start of your session. Have your client speak while you stay silent, then switch. Watch the green bar under the timer -- it should light up for each person individually but if not, check out our troubleshooting tips below.
Always verify you're actually recording. You'll know you're recording if the recording duration timer is running. If it isn't, you aren't recording yet and still need to click the 'Start Recording' button.
Never record a telehealth session from a mobile device. Use a computer instead.
Using Zoom without Headphones on a Windows or Mac Computer
If you're not using headphones, you can use either the Zoom Web Client or the Zoom Desktop App.
