Tthere are two ways to update clinician assignments for a client:
Transfer client -- moves the client fully from one clinician to another
Manage assigned clinicians -- adds or removes clinicians without fully transferring ownership
How to transfer a client
Navigate to the client's profile within your Blueprint account
Click the Actions button (top-right corner of their profile)
Select one of the following:
Transfer client -- to completely transfer their profile from one clinician to another
Managed assigned clinicians -- to add additional clinicians or remove them
Choose the clinician you'd like to assign
Click Confirm
