How to add an external calendar

You can add an external calendar (like Google Calendar) to Blueprint so you can view all of your events in one place.


How to add an external calendar

  1. In Blueprint, go to your Calendar

  2. In the left sidebar, next to Other calendars, click the plus icon (+)

  3. Select the type of calendar that you’ll be adding

  4. Follow the instructions to retrieve the sharing link for your external calendar
    Tip: Each type of calendar has a different set of instructions for retrieving the share link. Be sure to follow the steps closely.

  5. Click Save

What you’ll see: Your external calendar will appear under Other calendars, and its events will show on your Blueprint Calendar.

You can check or uncheck the calendar in the left sidebar to show or hide those events.
