You can upgrade or downgrade your Plan at any time! Changes go into effect immediately and your existing Session Credits are converted so that you always keep what you've paid for.
This article will walk through what each Plan includes and how to swap Plans anytime.
What’s a “Plan” vs. “Session Credits”?
Your Plan determines the features you have access to like documentation automation, clinical decision support, or EHR tools. Your Plan also determines how much each session costs to run on Blueprint.
Session Credits, on the other hand, represent each session you record, dictate, or upload into Blueprint that generates a Progress Note. Each client session = 1 Session Credit.
We'll talk more about pricing below but here's a quick reference:
For Standard Plans, each Session Credit costs $0.49
For Plus Plans, each Session Credit costs $0.99
For Pro Plans, each Session Credit costs $1.49

How to Change Your Plan
Navigate to your Plan page by clicking your name in the upper-right corner of Blueprint, then click Plan
Click Change Plan
In the first section, select a Plan
Standard – $0.49/session (automated documentation + telehealth)
Plus – $0.99/session (adds clinical support)
Pro – $1.49/session (coming soon — includes EHR tools)
💡 While updating your Plan, you can also adjust other billing settings — like buying more Session Credits, updating Auto-Replenish, or changing your Payment Method. If everything looks good, you can leave these as-is.
Review the summary on the right, then click Confirm Plan Change
And that's it! 🎉 Your existing Session Credits will automatically adjust to match the value of your new Plan.

What happens if I downgrade Plans?
When downgrading Plans, access to the features of your old Plan will no longer be available.
Any unused Session Credits will carry over but will be converted based on the rate of your new Plan. When downgrading, you’ll typically end up with more Sessions but fewer features.
If Auto-Replenish is enabled, future Session Credits will be purchased at your new Plan’s rate. Your next Auto-Replenish amount may differ from before.
All changes take effect immediately.
