What is "Auto-Replenish"?
Auto-Replenish helps ensure you never run out of Session Credits by automatically purchasing more when your balance gets low. It's completely optional and designed to keep you in control of when your spending happens — without interrupting your workflow.
By turning on Auto-Replenish, you can avoid session interruptions and eliminate the need to manually track your remaining credits -- so you can stay focused on your clients, not your billing.
Important Notes
For convenience, Auto-Replenish is enabled by default when you initially purchase Session Credits. The Replenish Amount is set to the original amount you purchased. This can be disabled anytime by following the steps below.
How to Enable and Disable Auto-Replenish for Your Organization
Navigate to your Plan page by clicking your name in the upper-right corner of Blueprint, then click Plan
Scroll to the Auto-Replenish section then click Edit
Toggle Auto-Replenish ON or OFF then click Save to confirm.
And that's it! 🎉 You can turn Auto-Replenish on or off anytime.
How to Update Auto-Replenish Thresholds for Your Clinic
Navigate to your Plan page by clicking your name in the upper-right corner of Blueprint, then click Plan
Scroll to the Auto-Replenish section then click Edit
Set your Trigger Threshold and Replenish Amount, then click Save to apply your settings.
Trigger Threshold – The number of sessions remaining that will trigger an automatic purchase. Example: If you set this to 2, Blueprint will purchase more Session Credits when you have just 2 left.
Replenish Amount – The number of Session Credits to purchase automatically. The minimum is 30 sessions per auto-purchase.
And that's it! 🎉 Your new Auto-Replenish Settings will take effect immediately.
