Most Notes generate within 5 minutes or less, but occasionally they need a bit longer to finish up.
When this happens, feel free to navigate away from the generation page to do other tasks or even record your next Session; the Progress Note will continue generating in the background and should be ready soon.
If your Note hasn't generated within 2 hours, please message our support team with a link to the Note in question.
💡 To copy the link to the Note in question, head to the Note page where it's still generating and copy the URL from your browser's address bar.
That link will quickly let our support team know which Session/Note you're referring to.
