FAQ
Q: Is AI Notetaker secure and private?
β
βA: Yes, it is! Blueprint is HIPAA compliant and SOC-2 Type 2 Certified, which means we go through an annual audit on all of our data security practices and systems which is reviewed by a third-party auditor.Q: What happens to the recording after the Session has ended and the recording has stopped?
β
βA: We take a privacy-first approach by automatically deleting all recordings after the Note, Session summary, and transcripts (if enabled) have been generated, which means the recording no longer exists on our platform, thus making it more secure than most other AI Notetaker platforms in market.
