What you can use the Assistant for
You can chat with the Assistant directly to ask questions or hand off certain tasks. For example, you can get a quick rundown on a client you haven't seen in months or reshuffle your afternoon when you need to pick up a sick kid.

You can use the Assistant to help you think through client information that already exists in Blueprint combined with clinical research and evidence-based best practices.

Data and limitations to be aware of
AI can make mistakes, always use your best clinical judgement.
The Assistant can only use information that’s already available in Blueprint. If responses ever feel incomplete or off, common reasons include:
Missing or deleted Session Transcripts
Incomplete Assessments
Limited or outdated documentation
In those cases, adding or updating documentation usually improves results.
How to access the Assistant
You can open the Assistant from anywhere in Blueprint.
Look for the Assistant icon in the lower‑left corner of your screen. The chat opens alongside your current page so you can stay oriented while you work.
Rating responses
You can give feedback on Assistant responses using thumbs‑up or thumbs‑down icons (they’ll appear when you hover near the end of a response). These ratings are considered as our team continuously works to improve the Assistant.
