How to create your Billing Profile(s)

Billing Profiles are how you enter your NPI, Tax-ID, and taxonomy codes so they can be linked to your payers in Blueprint

What is a Billing Profile?

To begin receiving your ERAs in Blueprint, you'll create your Billing Profile(s) and connect your payers to Blueprint. This process is called "enrolling" payers.


How to create a Billing Profile

  • Click +Add Profile

  • Enter either your Individual Information or your Organization Information

  • Enter the corresponding NPI

  • If this is the NPI you use primarily for submitting claims, you can set it as the default NPI

  • Select Next

  • Enter the corresponding information into the rest of the page. Blueprint will populate any information that is available from the NPI Registry

  • Select Next to save the profile

  • If you have another profile, click +Add Profile to continue adding.

Once you've created your Billing Profiles, you can begin Payer Enrollment
