How to create a Superbill

A Superbill can be created and given to the client after an invoice is issued.

  1. From the Billing tab in the client's profile, select the invoice you want to use to create a Superbill

  2. At the bottom of the page, select the 3 vertical dots

  3. Click Download Superbill

  4. This will create a PDF document that you can print, or save and send by email

    (Tip: A diagnosis can be added to the client by creating a Treatment Plan)


    Send a Monthly Superbill to Clients

  1. You can also send a consolidated Superbill for all invoices in a given month.

  2. To activate this, go to the Client tab in the client's profile.

  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page, and you'll see the following option.

4. Enabling this creates a monthly superbill available to the client in the client portal.


Special Note: The bulk superbill is sent to the client monthly via the client portal.
