How to reach our customer support team

Need help or have a question? Here are the best ways to get in touch with the right team here at Blueprint.

Customer Support

Our customer support team can help with:

  • Technical issues -- Troubleshooting errors or system problems

  • How-to questions -- Using features, account setup, or navigating Blueprint

  • Billing and invoices -- Questions about charges, invoices, or plans

There are a few ways to reach our customer support team:

  • Email -- Send an email to help@blueprint.ai

  • Help widget -- Use the help widget in the lower-right corner of Blueprint to open a customer support ticket. This widget acts as a ticketing system (not live chat), so replies may not be immediate. We read every message and will get back to you as soon as we can.

Tip: When reaching out to our customer support team, include screenshots, error messages, or links to example Session Records when possible. This helps us resolve issues faster The more detail, the better.

To talk with our sales team, schedule a Blueprint product demo. After filling out a short form with information about your practice, you can choose a date and time that works well for you to meet with us over Zoom.


Product feedback + feature requests

Have an idea or suggestion? Head to our feedback board where you can submit feature requests, vote on ideas from other Blueprint users, and receive updates when features you’ve voted for are released.

Tip: Feature requests are visible to other Blueprint users, though your name is not shown. Please avoid including client names or PHI.
