There are a few ways to reach our customer support team:

Help widget -- Use the help widget in the lower-right corner of Blueprint to open a customer support ticket. This widget acts as a ticketing system (not live chat), so replies may not be immediate. We read every message and will get back to you as soon as we can.
Schedule a Zoom call -- Schedule a 15 minute customer support Zoom meeting
Tip: When reaching out to our customer support team, include screenshots, error messages, or links to example Session Records when possible. This helps us resolve issues faster The more detail, the better.

To talk with our sales team, schedule a Blueprint product demo. After filling out a short form with information about your practice, you can choose a date and time that works well for you to meet with us over Zoom.

Have an idea or suggestion? Head to our feedback board where you can submit feature requests, vote on ideas from other Blueprint users, and receive updates when features you’ve voted for are released.
Tip: Feature requests are visible to other Blueprint users, though your name is not shown. Please avoid including client names or PHI.
