If you've regenerated Progress Note but would like to revert back to a previous version, no problem! Read on to learn more.
Important
Separate versions of the Progress Note are only retained if they were regenerated by:
Changing the Note Type
Changing the Session Type
Changing the Primary Treatment Approach
Changing the note via Magic Edit
Changing the note via adjusting your Note Preferences
Manual edits to the content of the Note are not saved as a new version and would have to be manually edited if desired.
How to revert back to a different version of an existing Progress Note
Near the bottom-left of the Progress Note, click the small dropdown that shows it's current version (like "v2", for example) and select the version you need
That version will then appear, and you can go back to the newer version anytime as well.
