Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime from your "Plans" page.

Cancelling a Blueprint Plan (aka subscription) is quick, straight forward, and can be done anytime right from your Plans page.


Permissions

❌ Clinician: Cannot manage Plans

❌ Supervisor: Cannot manage Plans

Important Notes

There are two options for cancelling: Cancel Subscription and Delete Organization.

  • Cancel Subscription: This option schedules your Plan to cancel at the end of your current billing period but securely retains your clinic data in case you'd like to reactivate in the future.
    ​
    At the end of your current billing period:

    • All Assessments, Worksheets, and Interventions assigned to clients will be unassigned

    • You will no longer be billed (unless you have outstanding/overdue invoices)

  • Delete Organization: This option cancels your Plan immediately and permanently deletes all data associated with your entire clinic. (You're welcome back anytime! You'll just need to want to sign up as a new user. πŸ˜ƒ)

    When you delete your Blueprint account:

    • Your Plan is immediately cancelled

    • All clinician accounts will be automatically deleted

    • All enrolled clients will be automatically deleted

    • You will no longer be able to login to Blueprint

    • You will no longer be billed (unless you have outstanding/overdue invoices)


How to cancel your Plan and securely retain your data

  1. While logged into Blueprint, navigate to your Plans page (Click your name in the upper-right corner, then click Plans)

  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click either Cancel your Subscription or Delete your Organization

  3. Answer the questions on the following page, make note of your scheduled cancellation date, then click Cancel Subscription

That's it! Your subscription is now scheduled to cancel. You can continue using Blueprint until the end of your current billing period.


How to cancel your Plan and delete your data

  1. While logged into Blueprint, navigate to your Plans page (Click your name in the upper-right corner, then click Plans)

  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Delete your Organization

  3. Answer the questions on the following page, carefully review and agree to immediately deleting the data for your entire clinic, then click Cancel Subscription


FAQ

If I cancel my Plan or delete my organization, does it apply to all clinicians on my subscription?

Yes, when you cancel your Blueprint subscription, whether you choose the "Cancel and securely retain my data" option or the "Cancel and delete my organization" option, this applies to all User accounts on your Plan.

If I cancel, can I still use Blueprint until the end of my billing period?

If you choose the "Cancel your subscription" option, yes -- you can continue using Blueprint normally until your current billing period ends. At that point,

If I cancel, am I refunded for any unused Sessions?

No, unused Sessions aren't credited or refunded when you cancel your Plan.
